Why Are My Lights Stuck On?
If all the lights remain on, the issue is probably with the Control Box. Do the appropriate reset procedure listed in the Control Box section of the troubleshooting guide.
If, however, the Control Box operates with no problems, a bad light is causing the problem. Even if all the lights are on when they should be off, it could be the first light that’s malfunctioning. That happens when the bad light doesn’t send the off signal down the chain, resulting in light when there should be none.
It’s more common for the lights to be on when they should be off, going off somewhere random in the array of lights. The point is — wherever the problem starts, that’s your malfunctioning light. Replace it, and everything should be working again.
